玻板是“少林五祖”之一，某日，师傅带着他连同其他四人坐飞机去美国进行巡回表演，然而，调皮的玻板因为做了错事而被师傅责罚面壁思过因此错过了飞机。孤身一人的玻板在车站流连，偶然间遭遇了小偷，并因此结识了善良的吴妈一家人。
玻板和吴妈等人住在了林业家，玻板偶然之中得知吴妈和林业原来曾是恋人，因为误会分道扬镳，如今缘分使两人再度相遇，在众人的帮助和劝说下，他们最终重修旧好。小豆丁被坏人拐走，玻板只身前去救援，林雅的“飞鹰队”主力更是因此而受了伤，无缘即将举行的毽球比赛。比赛如期展开，飞鹰队遭到了裁判的不公评判，此时，师傅一行人从美国回来与玻板重逢，在玻板的请求下，“少林五祖”出手相助，用少林真功夫在比赛中大破敌手。
