短剧《44路公交车》剧情简介：在一场突如其来的悲剧中，44路公交车的老司机徐三丁与售票员崔胖，因长途行驶疲惫不堪，竟产生离奇幻觉。紧急之下，徐三丁误将乘客美娜刺倒在44路公交车内。崔胖惊恐之余，非但不报警，反而诱使徐三丁为私欲沉默，以44路公交公司的先进奖和徐师傅妻子治病急需钱为由，怂恿他将美娜遗体夜抛荒野，企图掩盖这桩发生在44路公交车上的骇人罪行。
